Four controls that run the whole panel.
The header is not decoration. A branch switcher, a language switcher, a theme toggle and one global search sit above every module — and each of them changes what the rest of the system shows you.
Switch the language and watch the layout mirror.
A SIMPLIFIED MOCK OF THE REAL HEADER AND DASHBOARD · ARABIC MIRRORS THE ENTIRE LAYOUT, NOT JUST THE TEXT
One dropdown, and every screen behind it re-scopes.
The switcher is the multi-branch feature.
Most software handles multiple locations by making you log out and log in again as a different user. Here the branch is a workspace context: change it and orders, customers, expenses, staff, dashboards and reports all re-query for that outlet, without a page reload.
- Dashboard totals, charts and activity feed
- The order queue and all six status counts
- Customer lists, dues and wallet balances
- Expenses, payroll registers and staff rosters
- Every one of the seven reports
- Invoice numbering, sequential per outlet
- Receipt address footer and tax registration
- Staff assignment and their visible data
- Expense allocation and branch profitability
- Cash drawer and payment reconciliation
Branch-locked staff never see the switcher. A cashier at Westside has exactly one context, and it is theirs.
Three languages. Two writing directions. One codebase.
Your counter staff, in their own language.
Translation is the easy half. The hard half is Arabic, where the entire interface must mirror — sidebars move to the right, tables read right to left, icons and chevrons flip. That is built in, not bolted on.
Per-user, not per-install
The owner reads English while the presser reads Hindi, on the same database at the same moment.
Receipts follow suit
Invoice language is set separately in Order Settings, so customer prints stay in the language they expect.
Instant, no reload
Switching is a state change. The screen you were on stays the screen you are on.
One field that searches both the software and the data.
Stop hunting through menus.
A command palette opens from anywhere and returns two kinds of result: places in the system, and records in the database. Type a phone number to land on a customer. Type “tax” to land on the tax master.
RESULTS ARE PERMISSION-FILTERED · A CASHIER SEARCHING “PAYROLL” FINDS NOTHING
What the owner looks at with the first coffee.
The morning check, in one screen.
The dashboard answers four questions before anything else opens: what came in, what is stuck, who owes money, and what went out. Branch and date range sit at the top and every panel below obeys them.
KPI summary
Total revenue, order count, active customers and monthly expenses, for the branch and date range selected.
Order status distribution
Pending, processing, ready, delivered and cancelled as a share of the period — the backlog at a glance.
Revenue trend
Day-over-day and month-over-month comparison, so a promotion's effect is visible while it is still running.
Activity feed & top services
A live stream of order state changes and system audits, beside the services actually earning this month.
Switch branch, switch language, break nothing.
The sandbox has four branches and all three languages enabled. Try Arabic and watch the whole panel mirror.
