How do I pay, and is GST charged?+
Bank transfer or UPI, against a GST invoice. Prices on this page exclude GST at 18%. For the web platform we take 50% to start and 50% at go-live.
Is the price per shop or per company?+
The offline build is licensed per PC, per shop. The web platform is one deployment for your business, with unlimited branches and staff accounts under it.
Can I upgrade from offline to web later?+
Yes. We migrate your data and adjust what you already paid against the ₹50,000, so you only pay the difference.
What happens if I stop the AMC?+
Nothing stops working — the licence is permanent. You lose priority support and included fixes; individual issues can still be raised on a paid basis. See the refund policy for billing terms.
Do you resell or restrict the source code?+
The handover is for your own business deployment — you can modify it freely and hire any developer. Reselling the codebase as a product is not permitted; the licence terms spell this out.
