The parts that are standard, and the parts we build for you.
Bulk contract billing, RFID or barcode linen tracking, and hotel/hospital system integrations aren't part of the standard platform — and we won't pretend otherwise. What we do have is a solid operational core, plus a custom development team that builds exactly what an institutional laundry contract needs on top of it.
What's already there.
Customer & account records
Every account carries full order history, outstanding balances and contact details — the same structure that tracks an individual walk-in customer works for a standing institutional account, before any custom contract-billing layer is added on top.
Staff structure that maps to properties
Branches, roles and employee assignments were built for multi-location retail chains, but the same structure applies cleanly to a hotel group's separate properties or a hospital's separate departments — each with its own staff, access and reporting.
Payroll and expense approval for on-site teams
Housekeeping and laundry staff payroll — salary runs, components, bonuses, leave — and a four-stage expense approval flow for chemicals, equipment and vendor costs are both already part of the standard platform, not a custom build.
An audit trail for compliance-sensitive operations
Every action is logged with actor, IP address and the exact field that changed — relevant for hospital and institutional operations where accountability for who touched what record matters more than in a walk-in retail shop.
What we build for your organisation.
Bulk / contract billing
Recurring invoicing per institution instead of per walk-in customer, billed on your contract terms rather than a per-order retail flow.
Linen & inventory tracking
Barcode or RFID-based tracking integrated with the order and reporting modules, scoped to how your linen actually moves.
System integrations
Connecting to a hotel PMS, hospital system, or other institutional software you already run.
Custom reporting
Whatever a specific contract or institution needs to see that the standard six reports don't cover.
Typical custom requests we get.
If any of these sound like you, it's worth a conversation:
What the existing catalog can do today, before any custom build.
The garment colour and tag catalogs, built for retail dry-cleaning intake, can double as a simple client or property code system from day one — tagging every item against "Property: Marina Hotel" or "Client: Riverside Clinic" the same way a retail shop tags a stain or a colour. It's not RFID-level tracking, but for a business not yet ready to invest in that, it's a genuine starting point rather than nothing until the custom build ships.
A conversation first, a quote second.
Tell us your contract structure and volume.
We scope the specific add-ons you need — and what's genuinely already covered by the standard platform.
We quote and build the custom modules on top of the same base you'd otherwise be paying for anyway.
Custom modules are quoted similarly to the ₹50,000 base + ₹12,000/module structure described at /compare#custom, scoped per requirement rather than a fixed number here.
Do you support RFID linen tracking out of the box?+
Not in the base platform. It's exactly the kind of add-on we scope and build as custom development once we understand how your linen actually moves.
Can you bill a hotel or hospital on a contract basis instead of per walk-in order?+
Not as a standard feature today — this is one of the most common custom requests we get from institutional operators, and something we build as a scoped add-on.
Is this cheaper than dedicated institutional laundry software?+
For a large multi-site linen-rental operation, a platform built specifically for that (like the RFID/contract-billing specialists in this space) may genuinely serve you better out of the box. If you want a system that also runs your day-to-day staff, billing and reporting without an ongoing per-facility SaaS fee, it's worth talking to us about what a custom build would look like.
How does pricing work for a custom build like this?+
Custom modules are scoped and quoted individually based on what you need — similar in spirit to how we price add-on modules for chains, described at /compare. Tell us your requirements and we'll give you a straight quote.
Can a hotel group with several properties use the branch structure?+
Yes — branches map naturally to separate properties, each with its own staff, roles and reports, even before any institution-specific billing is built.
How long does a custom add-on actually take?+
It depends on scope, but extending an existing platform is typically measured in weeks, not the months a ground-up build takes — see the timing comparison at /compare#custom.
Tell us what your organisation needs.
A short conversation is enough for us to tell you what's standard and what's custom.
